Fou' Foune - Apricot Lambic (5% abv)
Brasserie-Brouwerij Cantillon (Brussels, Belgium)

This lambic pours bright orange with a thin white head. You don't have to stick your nose in the glass to get a whiff of this super tart and sour nose. There are definitely some stone fruits in the nose, but I don't think I could have picked out apricots if I didn't already know. It has a very delicate body, light on the palate with tiny bubbles. The taste is similar to the smell, apricots with a lemony tart finish that makes you keep sipping even though you're trying to savor every drop.
I personally haven't had many lambics in my life and definitely don't consider myself and expert on the style, but that being said I'm not sure how any others could surpass this.

The content shared here about Cantillon fou' foune is really good, and I am glad that I was able to taste this drink with all of my friends last night. It was probably one of the best nights of my life.
